A public club website and a complete, four-in-one booking platform for a Midlands rugby club, with member accounts, online payments and custom admin dashboards.
Behind the public club site sits a full booking platform with a shared availability engine across four flows: hiring function rooms and hospitality boxes, physiotherapy appointments, ticketed events, and restaurant tables. Visitors can create accounts and manage or look up their bookings, and buy event tickets with online card payment, receiving QR-code tickets that staff scan on entry. Two separate admin dashboards run it all: one to create and manage rooms, events and restaurant bookings, and a full physiotherapy practice-management system in the style of Cliniko, with patients, practitioners, packages and memberships. Match results sync automatically from the RFU. Built end to end on a custom PHP API with a hosted database and transactional email.
